ACE AND PICKLE LLC is a wholesale supplier of athletic clothing and accessories. Our proprietary fabric weave, Sombralux, and all associated designs are currently trademark pending.

2. Wholesale Purchases

We reserve the right to require a wholesale certificate from any purchaser.
We reserve the right to set and enforce minimum purchase requirements.
A 50% deposit is required before any order is placed.
All orders are custom. Once an order is placed, no changes are allowed.
Full payment is required within 7 days (Net 7) of receipt of the order.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds will only be provided for defective items.
No refunds will be issued based on design once the design has been approved and the order has been placed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, fabric (Sombralux), and images, are the intellectual property of ACE AND PICKLE LLC.
All materials, including pictures, are copyrighted by ACE AND PICKLE LLC.

5. Right to Modify

ACE AND PICKLE LLC reserves the right to change its offerings and services at any time without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to deny or suspend service to anyone at any time for any reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

ACE AND PICKLE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
